The Health on Demand call center can provide your office with 24 hours a day, seven days a week support for patient telephone calls after regular hours of service. For Arnot Medical Services providers, we can take messages for off hours, lunches, or provide telephone coverage for any doctor's office. When the call center takes a message, it either sends a fax copy of the message to the physicians' office or communicates the messages via telephone when the office takes the phone lines back.
Patient Support Calls
The Health on Demand call center provides follow-up calls for all discharged patients as well as congestive heart failure patients and smoking cessation participants. Follow up calls are provided if necessary for participants of the Community Health wellness screens and educational programs. We also provide follow-up calls to check on people that called the Health on Demand call center on the previous day with health concerns.
