Arnot Medical Services (AMS) operates numerous primary care offices within a 35-mile radius of Elmira, NY and provides specialty care services for a broader referral area across the Southern Tier of New York and Northern Tier of Pennsylvania. Areas of specialization include: Bariatric Surgery, Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Endocrinology, ENT/Allergy/Facial Plastics, Gastroenterology, Hospital Medicine, Infectious Disease, Nephrology, Neurology, OB/GYN, Occupational Medicine, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Pulmonology, Rheumatology and Vascular Surgery. There are approximately 300,000 residents in our tertiary referral area.

Physicians have broad latitude in arranging their daily schedule, thus creating an environment of independence and flexibility that is essential to the balanced life-style that AMS physicians enjoy. Upon joining AMS, each physician typically interviews and selects a nurse whose efforts are then dedicated to providing the physician and his/her patients with the clinical support necessary to develop a superior practice.

The AMS practice model enables physicians to concentrate on providing the highest level of care possible, while the administrative aspects of their practice are being maintained and supported by a competent and professional administrative staff.
