The exercise program focuses on stretching tight muscles, strengthening weak muscles and improving balance. This will help your overall posture and improve your done density as the exercises provide a direct wight bearing force to the spine. Patients also report a decrease in pain and fell that they have successfully decreased their risk from a fracture.
