Physical therapists will perform free lower extremity screenings for injuries and/or areas of weakness followed by lectures from:

• Emily Riddle, MS, RD, who will speak about nutrition
• Dr. Kevin M. Coughlin, MD, who will discuss common running injuries
• Ian Golden, MS, OT, owner of Finger Lakes Running Co. and Red Newt Racing, will be talking about footwear
