Arnot Health, a member of Centralus Health, announced today that it is recognized as one of America's Greatest Workplaces 2025 by Newsweek Magazine and Plant-A Insights Group.

Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group recognized companies through a comprehensive assessment involving employee interviews, company reviews, publicly accessible data and an analysis of over 120 key performance indicators. Those include career progression, company culture, compensation and benefits and community and belonging.

"We are proud to be named one of Newsweek's Greatest Workplaces in Health Care for 2025,'" said Ronette Wiley, RN, BSN, MHA, President and Chief Operating Officer, Arnot Health.
"This recognition reflects the unwavering commitment of our team to creating a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing environment. To be one of only 37 hospitals in New York State, and one of only 7 outside of New York City, to receive this honor is a powerful testament to the strength of our people and the values we live every day."

"In the health care industry especially, employee engagement is crucial," said Jennifer H. Cunningham, Editor-in-Chief of Newsweek. "These companies demonstrate exceptional commitment to creating a workplace that promotes both employee and client satisfaction at the highest level. And with higher employee engagement comes a range of benefits. That's why Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group are partnering for the third-annual ranking of America's Greatest Workplaces, recognizing the companies where employee engagement comes naturally."
