Located on the Ira Davenport Memorial Hospital campus in Bath, NY, the Ira Davenport Memorial Hospital SNF/HRF in the Fred and Harriett Taylor Health Center offers outstanding care, delivered by highly-skilled nurses and therapists in a warm and comfortable setting with 120 beds. Our high quality, experienced nursing staff build strong relationships with residents and their families, making the transition from your community to ours as easy as possible.
Activities
Helping residents stay active is an important part of the facility's philosophy. Residents are provided with the necessary equipment to allow the most independence. They choose activities that fit their interests, schedules and Plan of Care.

Our state-of-the-art security system allows for an appropriate amount of independence for all residents while protecting them within our facility.
Environmental Services
The Taylor Health Center provides laundry services and daily cleaning of all residents' rooms, dining rooms and staff areas. For environmental concerns, call 607-776-8551.
