An important part of maintaining your health is having convenient access to care when and where you need it.  In addition to Walk-in Care locations in Horseheads and Erwin/Painted Post, Arnot Health also offers weekday Same-Day Virtual Appointments, Monday-Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, for times when a virtual visit is needed.

When you complete the form below, you will be called by one of our offices (Monday-Friday) between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm to schedule the next available same-day virtual (Zoom video) visit with one of our providers.

Note:  If you are experiencing a life threatening event, such as chest pain, severe stomach pain, or bleeding, please proceed to the nearest Emergency Department or call 911.
