Attention Patient Portal users: effective Monday, July 12, your existing username will change, and your password will need to be changed to access your information. In addition, the hospital record portion of the Patient Portal will be disabled at that time.

Should I request my records once the hospital side of the patient portal is disabled?
No, there is no rush to request these records, unless you would need it for a particular reason.
How do I get copies of my medical records for Arnot Health Hospital visits (inpatient or emergency room)?
If you wish to request copies of your hospital records, please click link below to obtain the Arnot Health Authorization for Release of Information.*

*Our partner for Release of Information processing is MRO. They have a variety of options for releasing your records to you, and while electronic transmission is the least expensive, you are welcome to request paper copies as well.
Will I be able to see my lab and x-ray results ordered by my provider?
Yes! These results are still available on the Patient Portal.
Will my records be deleted?
No! There will not be any changes toward your inpatient or emergency department records. The only change will be the deactivation of the hospital patient portal.
