With a diagnosis of cancer, your needs may change. The tasks of daily life become harder. Feelings become intense. Support is available at Arnot Health—from parking your car to listening to your concerns—our team provides a range of support services for you and your caregivers.
Support Services
- Financial Coordinator assists with insurance requirements, claims, and coverage for uninsured or underinsured. 607-737-8174.
- Oncology Dietitian assists in improving your eating habits at all stages of your cancer journey, including managing treatment side effects and for cancer prevention. 607-737-8116
- Medical Social Worker Offers emotional support, education, community resources, referrals, financial assistance and advanced directives. 607-737-8115.
- Courtesy Van provides transportation to and from the center at no charge. 607-737-7704.
- Palliative care helps minimize and control symptoms, improving quality of life at any stage of illness.
- Hospice cares for patients and manages symptoms at the end stages of illness.
- Breast Cancer Navigator guides patients specifically with breast cancer through the continuum of care. Serves as interpreter and educator; a liason between you and the team.
