- Five star rating from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid for quality at the Fred and Harriett Taylor Health Center (long-term care)
- Five star Community Value award from Cleverley + Associates. Rating is based upon metrics for financial viability and plant reinvestment, cost and charge structure and quality performance.
- Hospital Process Improvement Program Award from Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield.
- Community Health Improvement Award presented by the Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS).
- Carolyn Britton Nurse Excellence Award presented to AOMC Nurse manager by the NYS Nurses Association and professional Nurses District.

- Hospital Information Management Society Level 6 recognition for high level functionality of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
