We measure satisfaction on a continuous basis for all key areas: inpatient, emergency services, outpatient tests and treatment and physician offices. We receive reports twice a year giving us detailed information on how satisfied our families are with everything from the friendliness of the physician they saw to the quality of the food.
Scores are benchmarked with similar facilities throughout the country using Press Ganey, a leader in satisfaction measurement for the healthcare industry. Press Ganey helps over 6,000 healthcare facilities collect and analyze patient and family evaluations, including roughly 40% of all U.S. hospitals with over 100 beds.
