Reduce Tobacco Use
We want to help you make a change. More adults in the Twin Tiers use tobacco than the state average, and 1 in 3 residents is overweight or obese. These conditions lead to chronic disease, costly care, and even death. Arnot Health evidence-based disease prevention programs and healthy alternatives enhance the quality of life in our whole community by reducing the impact of preventable diseases.
Smoking, tobacco use, and exposure to secondhand smoke can lead to lung and oral cancer, heart disease, stroke, and other lung diseases. If you use tobacco, double your chances of quitting with Arnot Health smoking cessation classes that really work.
